Privacy Statement

What we collect

When you submit an application or inquiry through Contruil LLC or the ServicePath program, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, any written artifact text, and any files you upload. We collect only what is needed to evaluate and administer your participation in a ServicePath cohort.

How it is used

Submission data is used solely for ServicePath cohort administration — reviewing applications, tracking progress, issuing credentials, and communicating with participants. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your cohort.

Who holds your data

All submission data is held by Contruil LLC. We do not sell, rent, license, or share your personal information with third parties. Data may be stored using third-party infrastructure providers (cloud storage, email delivery) solely as processors acting on our behalf.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing timothy@contruil.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.
